Part 1 – Oly/Strength A) Scarecrow snatch 1-1-1-1 B) Slow Pull Snatch 1-1-1-1 C) Overhead squat 2-2-2-2 (55×1) Part 2 – BodyBuilding A) HSPU negative clusters : 5 sets: 3.2.1 reps Rest 30 seconds between 3.2.1, then 90 seconds between the 5 sets. B) Accumulate max barbell roll-outs in 5 minutes
